Any Indian citizen can become a member of ICRF and use our platform.

Users must be at least 16 years old to access or participate on the platform.

By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

By using icrf.org.in, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when signing up or posting petitions.

Use the platform for lawful purposes only and refrain from posting defamatory, offensive, or misleading content.

Not engage in activities that violate any laws or the rights of others.

Respect the opinions of other users and engage in constructive discussions.

Be responsible for your own content, including petitions, comments, and any data you share publicly.

4. Use of Platform

The platform allows users to create, sign, and support petitions related to public and social issues.

ICRF does not undertake or execute any projects directly but acts as a bridge between citizens and the government to ensure accountability.

Users understand that posting a petition does not guarantee action or resolution by government authorities.

5. Content Ownership & License

Users retain ownership of the content they submit, including petitions, comments, and discussions.

By submitting content to icrf.org.in, you grant ICRF a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, or display the content in connection with our services.

ICRF reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, storage, and use.

ICRF does not sell or share personal user data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Users can request to modify or delete their personal data through our Help Desk.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users can delete their accounts by submitting a request via our Help Desk.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
