Every citizen of India has to register on www.icrf.org.in or install ICRF on their mobiles. After registration, the member can post any number of petitions regarding social and personal problems related to government. The petition must be accompanied by brief complaint, photographs, video if any, location. The petitioner can also submit the official mobile number and name for speedy approval.

Once the petition is approved all members will support the petitions and each support will trigger an SMS or WhatsApp or both to the concerned official, which will make the official the urgency in the problem and will immediately resolve the problems. All members are requested to support live petitions on a daily basis and you one click will change our country and make improve our country and people quality of life.

About Us


ICRF (Innovative Citizen Redressal Forum) can be defined as Public Administration, where public will monitor the administration activity, which is usually done by public servants. Every citizen has to depend on the government for getting their works done and problems resolved. In the process, the citizens usually submit petitions to the concerned officials and wait for the result. In most of the cases, the works get abnormally delayed or deliberately kept pending for various reasons. In such a scenario, ICRF will assist the citizens for speedy redressal of their petitions.

ICRF would like to partner with any like minded Electronic media, Print media etc., The association will jointly work for the development of the entire country with the ideology of the ICRF.
The activities carried out jointly by ICRF & media house shall be published, broadcasted for informing all the citizens about the initiatives taken by the association and to show that this model works & gives results as expected.

How it Works?

Citizens must register on www.icrf.org.in and submit a 160-character petition with details, including the contact of the responsible official. They can upload videos/photos, and the petition will be displayed on the website and mobile app. Supporters can send SMS to the concerned officer, creating virtual pressure for action.
